Now that you are more established, if you pay on time or even early, you can resurrect your credit

I do pay on time, due to (layoff) which caused career transition was why I missed the payments, now and my credit score is boosting. Have seen anyone experience similar? and do you have any insights of loan process pertaining to this case?

Hello everyone

I'm new here. I have 10 late payments in total on my credit record, which is a roadblock to my goal of buying a home and turn into an investment property (my credit score is 676) the reason for the miss payments is a career transition. Now I am established job wise . I was wondering what would be a great way for me to invest in real estate given that I had missed payments. (I have no debts)

Can I be approved for a loan?
