I'm looking to connect with Commercial Realtors that have access to off-market MF properties that are located in the DFW and San Antonio area. Please contact me directly to schedule a time to discuss my criteria and how we can work with each other. These off-market deals need to come directly from the broker that has access to these listing. No assignment fee will be paid to the individual that brings me these deals.

I'm looking for equity partner/investor partner to partner on some future projects.
