I have been reading tons of articles and came across one addressing how to compensate a Realtor for a pocket listing, but of course I can't find it now.  I believe there is a document called a ".....Buying Agreement" that a Realtor and Investor can sign so that when an Investor purchases an unlisted property supplied by that Agent, that Agent can then receive a fee, legally.  Can anyone tell me the actual name of that Agreement and where exactly I can find one to use?  Thanks!

Hi Charlie.  I will definitely contact you when I get a house under contract.  Thanks for reaching out.

Hi Christopher.   I'll certainly check out the learning section.  I agree about needing to stay motivated.  Accepted offers are hard to come by with the amount of mailings that need to be done to get one.  Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi All.  I live in Las Vegas, NV and have been working in the RE investing arena for the last couple of years.  It's fun when you get a deal, and very frustrating when you get tire kickers and unrealistic sellers but it's all part of the game.  I typically look for deals to wholesale but have done several rehabs.  I came across Bigger Pockets just by searching the Internet looking for information on RE and I'm really glad I found it.  I wish I had found it before I invested a substantial amount of money on a program I purchased.  Oh well, live and learn.  I look forward to learning and helping anyone I can.
