I'm an out of state investor with a few properties in both Rochester and Buffalo.  I'm concerned about maintenance and repairs costs that I've been paying and wanted to see if there was a 3rd party audit service available to audit my property manager and their performance.  Any recommendations or introductions are welcomed and appreciated!

because the group is new to Buffalo I would want to start small to prove the value (1-3 units) and then move to 10 units pretty quickly after that...  What would the economics look like from your end?

I have investors who will fund a few projects in Buffalo - I am looking to hook up with a wholesaler or agent, general contractor/rehabber, and (maybe) a property manager (I already have one for existing properties).  Obviously I want to work with reliable and experienced people who can make money with me.  What are you doing as middle-man now?

Does anyone know or have worked with developers/construction folks that are familiar with BRRR projects in Buffalo NY? I'm an out of state investor and have a couple of properties there - the group that I worked with previously is no longer in the area. I'm interested in meeting folks who can source properties and do the rehab work. Thanks as always and hope to meet you all!

Hi, I'm looking to purchase a few houses in Buffalo and I want to put them in individual LLC's. To save money I was considering putting them in a Delaware Series LLC (each individual unit would be its own series). Has anyone ever done this or have thoughts/suggestions about this? Thanks to everyone!

I am a Buffalo RE investor (buy and hold) based in San Francisco.  My goal is to own 10 properties within the next year (I currently own two) with a future goal of owning 100 properties within the next five years.

As a day job, I am a restauranteur with experience and ownership from food trucks to three Michelin starred restaurants.
