Hey @Chris Wienke,

For me it was most definitely worth it. Being able to have unlimited access to the investment calculators alone makes it worth the while. I was also able to get a decent discount on my membership by participating in one of the webinars, so that may be an option. Hope this helps.

Best of luck!

Hey @Rich Williamson! That's great. I'll inbox you!. You got that right @Ralph Pena!

Hey BP,

I'm close to making an offer on a quadplex and was given a referral for a good home inspector, but he is currently swamped. I don't want to get caught with my tail in the door, and would like a back up home inspector if that is possible.

If you have worked with a home inspector in Philadelphia or Delaware county that is meticulous and pays attention to all details of a home inspection, I would be enormously grateful.

Thanks!

Patrick

@Ralph Pena, When I used to GM two companies in Philly, we used John E. McGovern & Associates, P.C. (http://www.cpaphilly.com), and they did a great job. We worked with Jack (John McGovern) and Brian Domergue. Both come highly recommended. They go above and beyond what is necessary and give good financial advice.

It's a struggle @Ralph Pena, but we'll get there.

I'll let you know if I get a good referral. As far as a good handyman, I might be just the man for you. Inbox me directly or hit me up at [email protected] or 267-603-7201.

Best luck,

Patrick
