Hi @Lauren McConnaughhay! Welcome to the club. I purchased my first investment home about 10 years ago thinking I MIGHT get a total of 5… the portfolio recently sold with over 50 doors as part of the deal, and have already started building towards the next 50!

Welcome to the Memphis market! This is a great market for investors. I personally have over 15 properties in town, and have had as many as 60 doors, all in Memphis. The Memphis area has a great rental base with several areas being prime for both SFH and duplexes.
