I’m looking at a property currently under contract by a wholesaler...he is asking $3,000 for non-refundable security deposit...what’s your thoughts on how to address this?

I plan to use private funding to purchase and flip this property.

@Ray Loveless It’s just good practice to get some type of contractual agreement signed with all contractors.... You can get him to sign electronically if getting physical signatures are not a feasible option...I use DocuSign and AdobePro for almost all of my real estate related contracts...
