Live in Nashua New Hampshire now and would love to move back to Las Vegas! But locally, probably gonna sell and move to Merrimack or another more rural town with a lot of land.

Hey there, full disclosure I'm a Realtor but I have access to a much more in depth appraiser style analysis through the Realtors Property Resource. It's called a sales comparison report / valuation workbook where I can make adjustments like an appraiser would. It is much more in depth than your basic CMA. You can check it out in the video below. Hey bud I'm in Nashua too I'm a Realtor, theres a 13 unit in Nashua on 16 Railroad Square (not my listing) for about $1.3 million that has some serious potential. Currently at a 9% cap rate. With a little rehab, replace the roof, raise the rents, fix up the community areas could add some serious value. The building across the street from that one went for around the same and is now worth over $2,000,000.
