Can anyone recommend a turnkey company that has or specializes in multi family?

My partner and I are about to list our first STR together and we plan to self manage. We would like to share the property management and I was wondering if anyone had feedback on co-hosting on Air bnb? I also heard that sharing a profile is an option? Does anyone have any pros and cons of each strategy? How do the channel managers such as smart bnb work with these strategies?

I cancelled my contract. The proposed ordinance changes by the planning and zoning commission were too strict, and if they were to be adopted I was afraid it would significantly impact our ability to operate as a short term rental. My other reason is the likely potential to decrease the resale value tremendously due to the impact on future STR's in yucca valley. If I had more time to let it play out, maybe it would have ended more favorable to STR, but while in escrow I didn't have that luxury.

@Richard Le I haven't withdrawn yet, the sellers agreed to extend escrow in order to allow us to gather more information. There is an important meeting on 11/23 with the city planning commission (http://yuccavalleyca.iqm2.com/...) that I plan to attend virtually, hopefully there will be some positive information and work done there to get this thing moving in the right direction.

Does anyone know any details besides what is on the news regarding the 45 day moratorium on Vacation Rental permits in Yucca Valley CA? I just had an offer accepted on a home and I am most likely going to withdraw the offer based on this recent update, but any insight from investors in the region would be appreciated!!

@JJ Truman- do they have to meet the guest there to sign the policy? Or can they leave it on the counter for the guests to sign?

Thanks @Luke Carl. The fines are big for violations so hopefully someone that knows how to navigate this area will respond! I've been trying get into the Smokies with you guys but have been beat out of 8 different properties!! 

I have a property in Big Bear Lake, CA that I would like to short term rent, but I want to self manage. I know that there is some language in the ordinance that requires a live check in, and most owners have to pay 30% to a PM company because of it. Is anyone getting around that some how?
