@Mark H. Porter Two others agreed, questionable sniff test results on this one. Think I'll throw these Cheerios out

@Guifre Mora That was my main concern, too good to be true. This area is very cheap, but can be trouble. Made me think there's either a bad reason it's this cheap or my numbers are off somewhere. I'll re-run it at 20% down. Ran an FHA loan to start. @Travis Steinemann To the same point, there must be a reason. Last thing I need is bad tenants or a leaking roof. Thank you both for the feedback

@Jacob Sampson Appreciate the feedback as well. That's 60x rental income for both occupied units I'm assuming? Would you adjust that number at all for a househack?

@Jaysen Medhurst Thank you for the feedback. If i'm househacking, would I just cut my rental income and utilities in half? Assuming I'm paying the other half. How much do I adjust filling out the rental calculator for a househack vs two tenants?

Hello! New investor here, just starting out in Central New York (Oneida County). Originally from Long Island. I'm looking forward to learning from everyone and hopefully sharing what I can along the way!
