@Ryan Barnett where are you thinking of putting your tiny home?  My husband and I are looking to rent a tiny house until we can build enough capital to build our own. If you've already built your tiny home and are looking for tenants, we could potentially be a good match.

I know I'm 4 years "late" in replying to this thread, but did you end up building the tiny house in your backyard?  My husband and I are looking for a tiny house to rent until we save enough capital to build our own tiny house.  Please let me know.  Thanks!!

Hello!!

I am interested in possibly purchasing a house in South Lake Tahoe, CA for a Vacation Rental and for my family and I to use as well. Anyone have any success stories re Vaction Rentals? And any pitfalls to avoid? I hear more about SFR so I'm wonderfing if Vacation Rentals are not a good investment. Any insight would be appreciated as I'm a newbie investor! Also do you recommend using a Property Management company to manage the property?
