@Joe Splitrock with CIT when I've needed to transfer some money out, it's usually in my other account the next day, so very accessible as well

Savings! I've used Ally Financial (1.25%) & Discover Bank (1.30%) for years and have had no issues with them, transfers have been easy. Recently got an account at CIT Bank (1.55%).

Hi everyone! I was born and raised in St. Louis, but currently live in Salt Lake City, Utah. Would love to network with others in the St. Louis area. My husband and I just bought and rented out our first St. Louis investment in Florissant & will be doing more in St. Louis in the future.

Our first out-of-state SFH got tenants this weekend!!!

After getting some updates taken care of, we were starting to wonder if we'd be able to get a tenant into our new property with it being winter, around the holidays, and end of year (closed on it mid September). Glad the wait is over!

Now we celebrate someone else paying the bills and hope all goes well with the new tenants and property management company on this new out-of-state adventure!
