Thank you!

What other ways do you suggest outside of MLS?

Hello

I am looking to purchase another rental property up North in CT. I recently purchased in Norwalk. Any good opportunities for properties around Naugatuck, new Britain or Waterbury area? Looking at properties around $150k-$180k with good rental Income. Thanks in advance!

Hello

I currently own 2 properties. One is currently rented in Greenwich CT, the other I just purchased in Norwalk CT and in the middle of renovations before I rent it out.

I would like to purchase a 3rd home by the end of 2024. How do I go about getting approved when I am already maxed out on getting another mortgage..?

hi all

I recently purchased a condo in Norwalk. We have been having issues with the neighbors next door with smoking cigarettes. It’s coming into our unit.. we are going to the board come January.

We are probably going to end up selling it. My realtor is saying we have to disclose that we can smell cigarette smoke when selling or we can get sued.. I’m so confused by that. If that’s the case, we could be suing the seller for not disclosing this info to begin with.
And now I’m afraid of loosing $ reselling cause of us having to disclose.

Can anyone help with this? Thoughts

@Peter Mckernan I am about 99% sure its the next door neighbors who have lived there for maybe over 20+ years...

@Peter Mckernan This is what the bylaws say, any insight to this? We took up all the carpet. Unfortunately, its not in the house, its continuous smoking of the next door neighbors

"No smoking shall be permitted in Common Elements within fifty (50) feet of any building. All cigarette butts must be disposed of safely and properly and not left in common areas or drains"

@Michael Smythe this is what my bylaw reads:

"No smoking shall be permitted in Common Elements within fifty (50) feet of any building. All cigarette butts must be disposed of safely and properly and not left in common areas or drains"
