Thanx Matthew, great information. I understand about the work needed. I'm 55. There are no get rich quick deals in anything. What I like about BP is so many people like yourself willing to share what they know and have learned. It's a great source. Next I have to figure out the meaning of a lot of the acronyms used.
Thanx again for the advice

Hi all, I've been following the posts and they are great. Lots of great advice. I've been licensed in real estate for over 5 years but am looking to expand into wholeselling. Where do you get your contracts to commit the buyers and sellers and what are some of the best ways to begin looking for properties? Appreciate the responses in advance.
