Bill, that would be a great idea. I'd like to think positive that I would be in a position to be doing enough that I would pursue that license.

Bill, what do you mean equitable interest song. You mean them saying I could have a equity position in the property without buying and only thru the master lease position I would hold? To me that just seems like common sense.

Thanx Brian & Bill for your info. Bill, that was a great description which helped me a lot. By the way, she is asking $200 for the program and I knew I could find resources here that would help me. Anyway, you mentioned about having a real estate license, I do have one and I know there are things you are not able to do without one but can you explain to me any benefits that can help beside obvious access to MLS. Again, thanks for the enlightenment.

Thanx Brian. Yes Derek, the information Brian supplied was what I was looking for. Sorry that I wrote the topic in a confusing manner.

She was selling a program designed to help you be successful at doing what she called master lease options on multi family properties from duplexes on up to large apartment buildings

So what I think your saying Brian is the master lease is getting the building owner to let you take over the entire building for a certain agreed upon monthly payment then raising rents to make your immediate positive cash flow (income) then after certain time buy the property at a previously agreed upon price and then immediately sell the property and pocket the profit from the higher selling price.

hi all, I got an email from an investor selling their get rich program which I never go for but the information she was trying to sell was interesting. She called it "the master lease option method". I don't think this is her idea but it sounds doable. Can anyone give me info on it or succes stories and what it involves.

I thank everyone in advance,

Merry Christmas

Patrick

When finding a vacant looking property with no for sale sign, how do you find out the information on the property like owner?
