Hey Everybody!

I am Dave Passey and I currently live in Provo, Utah.  As of right now I am working as a Project Manager for a family and have been taking care of their remodels.  I have enjoyed doing this with them and have seen the possibilities for success.  My good friend that I worked with doing remodels previously recently turned me towards Bigger Pockets and I have spent the last month listening to many of the podcasts and coming to the realization that I could do this myself.  I have a lot of the know-how on the contruction side and have crews and subs that I work with to get things done quickly.  What I don't have is much knowledge of the home buying process.  I want to be a part of that so I can see how it happens.  I want to learn how to choose a good property and be able to determine if it is a good deal in my area.  I am getting to know the area better and have been talking with the real estate agent that is listing the houses I have been working on.  I would be interested in meeting people and picking their brains on these topics and would also be interested in partnering with anyone who would be willing to show me a few things.  I am always willing to put in the work to get things done but need some guidance as to where I should focus my efforts.  I look forward to getting to know like-minded individuals and I am happy to be a part of the Bigger Pockets community!

This is probably a new age type thing but I have found that using Venmo is very efficient.  They can send you rent from anywhere with zero contact with you.  You can put it directly into your bank account remotely at any time.  It is free for the customer and for you.
