I am thoroughly impressed @Account Closed! I love your sound advice. I'm not at the point of buying and holding rentals in my Real Estate career as of yet, but when I get there I am surely going to look you up! Thanks for the insight.

Hi @Sean Tagge I have several wholesale properties in Memphis that you may be able to take a look at next week (various price ranges). Although I'm based in Atlanta, GA, I have an agent that I work with locally in the Memphis area. I'll can send you his contact info if you'd like.

@Amy Wan & @Brandon Romano, this is all very interesting! First things first, I have to generate the required net worth which is why I am investigating multiple markets Nation-Wide.

As a new investor I'm looking to acquire properties and wholesale for cash in those markets that are prime for the wholesale strategy. After my 1st 12 months of being in business I intend to shift my focus to those markets that are optimum buy and hold markets to increase cash flow. With two full years of Real Estate activity under my belt I plan to be well on my way to building my net worth.

If any of my colleagues see any holes in my short-term plan to long-term wealth please feel free to share any and all tips, concerns, questions, and/or strategies. I really appreciate the advice.

Thanks @Amy Wan, I appreciate you connecting. I'll take your advice and check it out. Am I correct in that an "Accredited Investor" is one who meets a minimum net worth requirement?

Hey guys and gals,

I have been so focused on analyzing Real Estate deals I kind of gotten away from the BP conversations. I've been looking at properties in 3 different markets, and although my activity has not produced any income as of yet I am intrigued by my findings in terms of the differences between those markets. I can now see how I would employ a different strategy based on the dictates of each market.  I feel like I've received a revelation. Now I see the genius behind @Michael Japuncic's comments.

I want to get back to the comments shared by @Don Konipol with reference to Nation-Wide Real Estate Investing and the emergence of Crowdfunding as an investment vehicle. I'd like to ask you Don if you could shed more light on the ABCs of Crowdfunding and how we as Real Estate investors can participate.

Also @Michael Japuncic, How did you decide on your markets of choice? Especially, the 1st market where you initially started investing. What was the deciding factor that convinced you that this was the market where you should start your business? I would also like to ask; was there any experiences from working in your first market that you can say influenced you in the choice of your 2nd market?

Very interesting @Michael Japuncic. Your points are well taken. It appears that you live in Canada, correct me if I am wrong. What are the 3 different markets you are concentrating on at this time, and how did you decide on those particular markets?

I wholeheartedly agree with your suggestion to focus on one market at a time. It makes perfect sense to me to achieve some level of success so that I can duplicate those steps towards achieving that same success in a 2nd or 3rd market.

I like the idea of managing teams! What are the key components/players that make up your "Dream Team?"

I am interested in the psychology behind the strategy of investing in Real Estate nation-wide. Is it practical to plan for building a nation-wide network in order to capitalize on a hot market wherever that market exists in the USA? Are there any investors out there who are investing nation-wide?
