Hello All,

I'm new in BiggerPockets. Currently living in California and looking to invest in SFH in Austin,TX. Questions that I had,

1) How soon we can get renters? Does SFH go on rent sooner?

2) What should I keep in mind while looking for SFH to attract renters? Should I look for 3 bed 2 bath/ 4 bed 2 bath/ or 5 bed 3 bath property?

3) Is there any other area should I look for as well except of Austin? I’m open for anywhere in USA.
