I am looking for help, I have formed a Series LLC and the agency I am using is asking for the following information. I have reached out to a few attorneys but have not got much help.

Article 6: Limitation on Liabilities: When registering a Series LLC, you must include an article stating the limitations on liabilities (the limitations must also be set forth in the operating agreement).

Does anyone know who I can reach out for this information?

I have formed a Series LLC with a sub series for my first property. Any information would be a great help.

Thank you,

Good Morning BP members. I am just starting out, I recently purchased a duplex. I plan on doing owner occupied for the first year but I wanted to hear for everyone out there. What are you using to screen your tenants when managing the property yourself. I want to be able to do a background, employment, credit, income, and rental history check. Is there a website out there that is helpful with gathering this type of information? I know for a couple of them I will need to call the employer and previous landlord but for a criminal, income, and credit check what do you all recommend doing? Let me know your thoughts!

I am looking to house hacking a property. Im not so much a fan of apartment style places, so I was thinking of finding a single family home with a garage. With the hopes of turning the garage into a studio for myself to live in while renting out the main house. if you inform the bank that this is the plan does that help in getting a better loan? Can you get a loan similar to one you would if it was a duplex or tri-plex? Any advice would be great.

Thank you!
