I would love to connect with anyone who has experience with SIP panels. I am planning to develop several homes in South Florida using these. I am working with a local manufacturer, but open to any recommendations. 

Joel, I am a GC in the Naples/Fort Myers area. I would be glad to help answer some questions and provide guidance. I am looking at a few projects over there. I have heard great things about Gables Construction, it might be worth reaching out to them.

I appreciate all the feedback, I figured it would not be easy, but I also know I need to just get started in REI.

@Michael Baum I could contribute $30k as a down payment. It sounds like my best and possibly only option would be to find a private money partner that would trust me enough to go into the deal.

Does anyone have experience obtaining funding for building a STR property? I will be building a unique STR property and am in need of capital to develop this project. Due to being recently self-employed I do not believe institutional financing will be an option.

The building is currently being designed by an architect, and I am a General Contractor so I will be handling the construction. I appreciate any feedback!
