Contractor and Property Manager

I've had some BAD luck with contractors and property managers in the tampa bay area (specifically St. Pete/Clearwater area). Any recommendations? I generally BRRRR so ideally someone who invests themselves, knows what investors look for and is reliable. I'm coming up completely empty despite interviewing people off yelp!
