Hey BP,

I am interested in hearing from investors in and around Jacksonville on anything and everything in that market.

Give me the details on MF, SFR, self-storage, mobile-homes... I want it all!

I am really looking to get a holistic overview of the components that make up the JAX and other north FL markets.

If you've got specific deal stories, I'd love to hear them, if you've got data and analytics I'd love to hear that too.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I'm not actually an investor myself, but I am directly involved with the industry. I am looking for things like: 

- investors on the move in the area

- deals happening in the area and associated parties

- Also, what is happening in other markets outside of Tampa (i.e. 1-4 corridor, Panhandle, SFL, Jax)

Basically I want to know the players and the games they are playing.

I am interested in anything and everything having to do with investment real estate. Based out of Tampa, FL, my interests are directed towards Florida prime and tertiary markets. Tips, news, advice that has universal applications is also of target interest
