If you haven't already, you and your wife should check out the Invest Florida Show podcast. Huge network of state RE investment experts and tons of topics covered. Quite a few on flipping and other SFR investment strategies.

@Terri Mooney are you new to RE investing in general? I always tell newbie FL investors to give the Invest Florida Show podcast a go. There are a few episodes that cover mobile home investing that you may find helpful and you can contact the guests for the episodes directly for more advice/info

@Peter Lampione Suncoast REIA is a great resource for finding out about real estate investing in the Tampa Bay area. They host forums, networking events and discussions on various aspects of real estate investing for the area.

I might also suggest checking out the Invest Florida Show podcast. It has a treasure-trove of information on various asset types and markets all over the state and is really great for Florida-centric investing. Definitely listen to the Bigger Pockets podcast too if you have not done so. It has tons of great tips for beginner investors
