@Steve Wilcox  Hey there Steve! Thank you for your introduction and few words of wisdom. I agree on your wholesale philosophy completely. It's easy for people to hear the gist of a wholesaling success story and to think its 1-2-3, get paid. From what I gathered, there is a whole lot of work involved. 

I'm aware of the plethora of half-baked wholesalers out there. Though I constantly remind myself that I can't base what I plan to become, off of what others are not.   

Your advice just reinforces the goals I have in mind. I am currently working on strengthening my credit, and I plan on getting secured loans to supplement it as well. Sean Terry also advises to save up a years salary before diving head first into a full-time Wholesaling career.

I do have a whole load of questions though. Should I find the appropriate forum sections to ask specific questions? I'm still new to all of this. Thank you again for the welcome though!

Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Anthony Pormilli. I am a 28 year old male, born and raised in Franklin Township, New Jersey. I was brought to this wonderful community by  stumbling upon the BiggerPockets Podcast. Currently I am employed by a manufacturing company, which is moving out of state before January.

In the past 2 months, I have become completely emersed into the world of Real Estate. Reading as much as possible, and listening to Real Estate Podcasts everywhere I go! My heart and my intuition is telling me that this will become my career, and I haven't been this excited about something in quite some time.

I come here seeking guidance and input from the wise and savvy Real Estate Investors that have walked this path many moons ago! As well as friendship. It doesn't always have to be strictly business. I am exclusively looking to become a Wholesaler. Although I plan on entering other avenues later on, such as Buy & Hold and Fix & Flip.

I hope I didn't ramble too much, I'm just very excited to be here! I am looking forward to educating myself and working toward my first deal, and having you all take this journey with me. Hope I have all your support!
