@Lien Vuong I definitely have came across many YouTube videos, podcasts, and articles. I asked that specific question to see how everyone approaches a seller and buyer in their own way. I would like to know how you go about ways. Any tips would help!

@Jonathan Greene I definitely have asked myself all those questions and have done my research, but they are all from higher class YouTube members, articles and podcast. I reached out on here to see how other in real time handle situations. I have yet to make any moves until I have all the information I can be confident with. I believe I’m a little over half way there with the information I need! Any tips would help regarding my question.
