Hi,

I bought and flipped about 160 acres in Colorado a little while ago and I recently picked up 640 Texas acres and looking to flip those as well. Right now people are literally giving away huge acreages so it easy to jump right in...although be careful because you could end up holding for awhile so be prepared...especially if you have a note to pay on the land you buy. Good Luck!

My name is Pam and I have owed, developed, rehabbed, managed, bought and sold historical mansions and other historically significant buildings, apartment buildings, commercial buildings including storefronts and offices, single family homes, mobile home parks, laundromats, and land. I have bought, held and sold multiple properties across the entire country and have completed deals with other people in many other countries including, but not limited to Africa, Europe and Japan.

My immediate goal is to purchase 6 apartment complexes (through owner finance & creative finance only) anywhere in the country consisting of a minimum of 200 units each. I intend to make the purchase of all 6 complexes within the next couple of years. At that point I will stop making purchases, liquidate the rest of my holdings and continue to hold the complexes indefinitely.

Hi Trevor,

I think your idea is excellent. I have acquired huge parcels of land in Texas and recently sold several hundred to a developer with a very similar idea. I also think that Texas is a great place for this because there are huge parcels of land and it's easy to acquire. I have several hundred acres now and have quite a few people interested in several of the ranches for smaller developments too. The current trend will change again and it takes time to develop raw land. With that in mind if you start now you will probably be on the forefront of things when the change comes. Good Luck.
