My work schedule start time is between 4:00-4:30am, I get off between 2:00-2:30pm. I started back to the gym in Dec. I'm normally tired after work so I get up around 2:15am to get to the gym before I go to work. This shift in routine has been pretty amazing. The fresh air, no traffic and no one in the gym expect for the one or two regulars. I don't know if some are more successful than other, waking early or late.

If you crush your 24 hours and results show it, then that's it! We all have the same 24 hours to slay the day!

My friend and I are thinking of taking a trip to Detroit. I was really inspired after hearing BP podcast with Ashely Hamilton.

When does the weather change there? I'm not familiar with the weather patterns in that part of the country.

I would agree with Carl Arft, you should check it out before you invest.

The clips on YouTube are very eye opening.I've never seen anything like it. Full blocks gone, huge homes boarded up in between homes where people are living. It's pretty difficult to see on YouTube, can't imagine what it would be like to drive in the actual neighborhoods.

To be a part of the renewal, would be nice. To give hope to broken communities a blessing!

Hears to wise investing!

Thanks Joshua! Beautiful name, all the best to and your family!

Hope everyone is doing well,

I came across this book. Has anyone read it and is the I formation still relevant in RE today with all the changes from the last several years since publication.

Thanks for any feedback!

Hi Brie Schmidt,

Thank you, didn't know that!

Hi everyone,

I'm a new PRO member her on BP and my best friend and I are looking to see what our first investment deal will be.

What's your greatest success story?

Heading to Phoenix for the weekend!

Have a great weekend!

Hi! David,

You did a really great job on the flip!

All the best to you!

Hi Mike,

I'm thinking of the same thing and doing a lot of research in other markets. Trying to make connections with people on BP in those areas. I feel the Oregon market is a bit high everywhere it seems, however I made a local connection the other day that knows this market that was very helpful. I'm going to reach out to her soon. She was showing a house that I wanted to flip but it was 419K, 7 beds 4 bath, in a good neighborhood but it was a big step for my first deal so I didn't jump. I saw that it had sold and it was flipped in the last 2 months. It looks AMAZING! 150 rehab and it's listed for 789K. Comps in the area range 750K-1.2M+.

Keep looking in your area, don't give up on local....one lesson from the podcasts....great deals aren't found they're created!

All the best to you!!! You got this =)

Thank you Jay and Brian for your feedback! Very helpful. I'm new at linking names to replies but I'll figure it out =)

Hi Arianne!

Congratulations! I watched your podcast for the second time the other day. It's one of my favorites. Your story inspires me that I can build financial freedom too! Looking forward to my first deal within the next 12 months.

Thank you so much for inspiring others with your success!!!

All the best,

Pam
