I just read an article from this man that has me more confused than ever. He pretty much said this site is not helpful or did I misunderstand his whole point of the article. He Wholesailing is the hardest part of Real Estate but I have heard it was the easiest. So my question is which is it? I really want to do this but the more I read the more I am getting very confused about any of it. So if someone could help me before my head explodes I would really be grateful. I am almost at the point to say forget it all since I am getting so many conflicting stories that I am not sure what to believe anymore. So I think my rant is over and thanks so much for reading and I hope for help.

Thanks

Sandy

Thanks everyone. I thought even though it doesn't have to do with Real Estate Investing it would teach me how to better work with numbers so I can do the right thing and understand the numbers a little better. I also it would help me to keep me organized as well.

Hey William T. I have been asking questions here and emailing the man who does our REI meetings every month. I feel I am ready but just want to make sure I know what I am doing and do it right from the start. I am in the process of reading the beginners guide as well so I still of some research I am doing not just for me but I would like for a friend of mine to do this as well. Thanks for your help as always I am so grateful for BP.

David Martin I am new to BP and just realized I could search questions and I looked at those contracts. My question is do I use those for the End Buyer or just a contract to the seller of the property. If it is just for the seller how do I get one for the End Buyer? Thanks so much in advance.

No DiEdra I have not and yes shame on me. I would love to work with someone and learn more. I have went to my first REI meeting last month and going to my next one the end of this month. If you haven't found one of these you need to they are helpful. You being in Chicago you have more for the meetings so like I said if you haven't been to one find and go. I have not done a buyers list yet, I need to get reading the guide and go from there. Good luck my friend.

Welcome DiEdra. I am also fairly new here and love it here. You will get so much help on this site that you would not believe. I also am trying to get into Wholeselling but I am still learning how to do it right. So good luck to you and this BP group is great. When you learn maybe you could teach me since we are neighbors kind of anyway good luck.

Ok I have a question. I have been looking at properties that need to be renovated at reasonable asking prices and am a little confused on when finding a buyer what price do I ask for in the end. I know I have to guess what the reno would cost, what I want out of the deal but I know there is more monies to consider so what monies am I missing and do I make an offer on the property and how do I do a contract if the seller is willing? I am sure i have more questions that are not coming to me right now. I am grateful for any help from any of you.
