Mike Flora nice I was having the same issue but didn't think of doing that

Hello everyone, my question is how do investors in this area feel about wholesalers because I'm getting mixed answers. And if you do buy from wholesalers do you want a breakdown of the holding cost, estimated rehab cost, atleast 4 comps from a 1 mile radius of only sold properties or would you rather just go look at the property yourself and do your own numbers ? I know it may vary from person to person but I would love some feedback thanks!

@Jay Hinrichs Okay good that's what I was trying to understand when I said if you bought from wholesalers that actually do the marketing to find the property then close on it and then resell it to a rehabber but I got it now thanks again

@Jay Hinrichs It seems like you've had negative experiences with wholesalers so you don't bother anymore so that's understandable. I was only asking because I wanted to know how people feel about them but I just recently spoke to some investors in my area and they said they wished a wholesaler would throw them some deals. So I guess it all depends but thanks for your input.

Jay Hinrichs you don't buy from wholesalers at all ? Or just from the ones that flip contracts ?

Jose Castillo hey, i see you got your first wholesale deal! congrats I know that wasn't easy. I have a lot of questions for you maybe you can help me out. First how did you find your partner/mentor? Also how did you find attorneys that work with wholesalers? Did you end up creating the company and opening a business account for it and if you did how was that process. I'm in Springfield and I'm working on a deal, it's a vacant home but one of the heirs died so now I'm not sure what to do next maybe we can help each other out.
