Springfield Ma Western Mass Deals
Hello everyone, my question is how do investors in this area feel about wholesalers because I'm getting mixed answers. And if you do buy from wholesalers do you want a breakdown of the holding cost, estimated rehab cost, atleast 4 comps from a 1 mile radius of only sold properties or would you rather just go look at the property yourself and do your own numbers ? I know it may vary from person to person but I would love some feedback thanks!
