Hi! I was wondering what you believe the best strategy to drive up and increase the price for a rental property. What key factors would you consider? Would you go for flooring first or paints, and how much would a new paint job actually make the price go up.

So I have been reading on Zillow, and through their surveys conducted by many people, it seems that home values are rising extremely fast and they are predicting a fall in the market in 2020. What are your thoughts?

I’m 15 years old and in this last year I’ve been hooked on commercial rental properties. How can I prepare to be ready to buy at 18?  Not only to establish credit, but too, my income to debt ratio is 0-0. I’ve managed to put Together savings, and have a growing assets in the stock exchange, but wouldn’t a underwriter want to see a stable pay stub? Of course I can get some job to compensate, but tell me what you think,
