@Marcel B. The real estate agents and their organizations created the MLS system. That is why they have maintained a grip on it. It is frustrating, but if I developed something like that don't think I would do anything different. It was a brilliant strategy to control the market

@Nicole Heasley I totally agree I have only met one or two appraisers that you could reason with. I laugh at people when they say appraisers are impartial!

@Neil Henderson I agree with you. We are between 10-40% occupied right now and are still profiting. We discussed dropping prices but then you need to look at how much faster your asset gets run down. Our place is a little unique though, not a typical home. The premise still remains the same, I would rather concentrate on profit that quantity of night rentals

I want to be clear it is their “broker” who does not know what he is doing. I can’t say anything about the company except their training seems to be lacking

No they were telling my client that they were able to finance his project in Canada. The project was in a remote location and even when the world was not mad there would hve been a 10% chance any lender would do it. I told my client his broker was full of it and they have yet to provide him with anything. It has been over 6 weeks.
