I am currently 18 years old i don't have any skin in the real estate world i live in a small town in northern Pennsylvania most of the local investors are residential investors .cap rates aren't strong though there's a lot of opportunities in residential i am interested in multi family to look for better Opportunities and Relationships. I am considering moving to a city (Houston,Miami) to afford living in a city i am also considering becoming a software Engineer but time is money if i become a Engineer will i have time to accomplish my main goal( Real Estate ) Any realist advices Should i move! Should i choose this career to invest later on! What would any one in same situation do.

Whats the difference between a cashflow investor and. Long term investor its it the same as a cashflow investor or equity investor?

Currently 18 years old already thinking about starting a career in Multi-Family Real estate i have been looking into real estate for the last five months.Sometimes i feel overwhelmed in the learning process but i always persevere.I am interested in partnering up with someone when am more educated about this industry to start a syndicating company i am very serious doing this i always eliminate negative influences from my life.In conclusion What advice would any experience person involved in this industry give me learning something would be appreciative
