Hi @Kunal Mishra, thanks for the reply! I live in Middlesex County. I'm looking for a rehab project under 6 figures, that includes purchase and rehab costs. Have you found success rehabbing properties that are similar to these price points? What areas do you currently flip/rehab in?

Hi @Yonia B. , congrats on the success with RE! Are you using property management now that you own 12 units? My goal is to scale quickly using the BRRRR strategy and am considering property management from the start so build a system that I can scale from the beginning.

@Vaughn Smith Thanks for the insight! What areas would you say are the best in NJ for rental properties? I'm really interested in the BRRRR method and hoping to find a property where Purchase + Rehab Costs is less than 100,000. Am I being too ambitious in hoping to use this strategy in NJ in your opinion?

Hi All,

I want to get my first rental property but unsure of what areas in NJ that would be worth looking into. I've read online that Cherry Hill is a good area, hopefully some experienced investors could shed some light on how to get started in NJ.

Another option that I have been considering is to look into out of state rentals and Dallas has been on my mind.
