Greetings Investor,

We're buying an apartment complex and looking for investment partners. This will be our seventh syndication deal. It's located in Texas, but not the common known cities that are over saturated with investors and over priced. I'm very familiar with Texas because most of my portfolio is in Houston.

Our research shows this growing city is in the emerging phase of its cycle - meaning values are starting to increase due to population and job growth. We think this is a great opportunity and worth your time to explore further.

@Kevin Quat , it's good that your familiar with multifamily housing and management. You understand the activities necessary to make that business work. If you do decide to invest now or in the future, you'll have first hand knowledge to determine if our team is doing the right things.

Since the pandemic started in March 2020 I've been in the middle of due-diligence on over 200 units of apartments. I've traveled with my team to several different states and experienced a unique perspective on due-diligence in the middle of this pandemic.

I'm going to to share how the lending environment has changed and affected deals. I'll teach you some best practices for due-diligence going forward and how the process has changed.

I'll share my thoughts on the future of multifamily and how I compare it to the Recession of 2008 - when we started in property management. Attendees will get a copy of the due-diligence checklist I'm using with the latest updates.
