Serena research him and see what markets he works in. After that research the market, what types of homes and condos are in that neighborhood. Once those two steps are done ask him, if you can meet with hime. The most important thing to remember in the meeting is what Chris said, you are interviewing him just like he is interviewing you.

After this goes well, remember, there are other brokerage houses out there. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Also one other note you don't have to pick a brokerage to work with until after you take the test. So in essence you could focus on taking and passing the test, then pick a brokerage.

Elise good to hear you didn't get swindled. And actually, I did hear from a landlord I work with that some developers in the immediate area didn't get their permits in the proper way. Meaning they may have gotten them under the table. It was found through a large bust DOB did. I'm glad your lawyer did his or her research on it.

Well Elise how long do you want the LLC to be lliable for the property you bought? I have the same question as Andrew, did the inspection report raise red flags? At some point in time you and your partner become liable for the property.

Hello , Edward good to meet you. I'm a real estate agent in Brooklyn. This is a hard market mostly due to the capital needed to invest. However, though it's hard it's not impossible.  Anything I can do to help you out, please let me now.
