So glad I found this forum! I have my first three properties under contract and am in sponge mode! Trying to learn and absorb anything that I can. I have two great partners one has been doing this for some time now. So we will have Florida, Missouri, and Arkansas property listings. Goal is to get a couple of new listings a month, or find something someone is looking for. Thanks again! I can't wait to contribute to the community!
