Can anyone help me? I am trying to write a follow up letter to potential multifamily property owners of 5 to 20 units. And I just can't think of how to word it since it is a follow up letter which I have never done. Please help! Thank you.

What if I am looking for small apartment buildings, would it be the same?

I would like to know if anyone can share any sample letters you have used in the present/past for direct mail marketing?

@Blair H., One more thing I wanted to ask. You mentioned you send your callers to a pre-recorded message. If you don't mind me asking, can you give an example of what your pre-recorded message says?
