@Simon W. The main ones i possess are just being a hard worker. Ive done all kinds of different jobs and have skills being sociable and have the ability to sell.

I want to be taken on as an apprentice. The local REI group is paywalled and I don't have the money to join them nor be apart of their meetings. I wanted to see if their were other ways to find an apprenticeship and actually get started with real estate.

Im looking to be taken on as an apprentice however the local REI group requires me to pay money to join them. I don't have that money to be able to be apart of their group because Ive been laid off due to covid. What are some other ways to market myself for an apprenticeship if paywalled from being able to be apart of an REI group?

What’s your opinion on real estate wholesaling? What are some ways to get into it?

What are some ways to raise capital for people looking to get into real estate investing but may not have the money for it right now?

I was wondering what the general opinion on this is. Does anyone have experience with buying rental properties this way? Would you recommend this method for people who don’t have the captial for a down payment on a rental property?

I found where i wanted to start my real estate journey and I plan on going around asking real estate agents questions about the housing market in the area and I was just wondering what would be good questions to ask these real estate agents?

@Jonathan Greene i have spoken to my dad about this and he is more of a “do it yourself” type of man. He’ll give me tips and info that can help me with this career path but when it comes to executing these things he’d rather i do it with a lead I found while coming to him for help. That plus he’s still relatively green to this sort of work only being in it for a few years and closing on a deal a few months back. He’s helpful but i want to start something for myself and im sure he’d agree

My father has been investing and renting out vacation rentals in Hawaii and talking to him about investing in real estate has got me interested and I just wanted tips on where to start learning about all the different types of investments and how to go about my journey. I’ve already read a few blog posts on here but I don’t exactly know how to get started.
