Hi Cindy. First an agent that can't figure things out is why they get a bad rap. Almost anything can be fixed by price. Second owners that can't see that their agent is not doing the job are at fault as well. This area was a large speculation back in the day and never really made it. When money was flowing these were all bought up and then foreclosed and never recovered. Still worth a look. Let me know how it goes and reach out if you need any help. Good luck!

@Robert Adams You're right sort of. Looked at the units listed and not units available. They are technically available until they close right? @Jonathan G. Check my math 7,357 available and 58 of those are under $100k I think thats .79% is that right?

A member reached out to me and asked me to help him find an investment property in Las Vegas under $100k. I did a quick search from MLS and found that we have a little over 13k SFR (all numbers approximate) out of those 58 are under $100k. That is a really small number like .004% if my math is right. I wanted to know what your market looks like. Please share numbers. How many SFR, detached total in your market? And, how many under $100k.

Hi Karla. I'm headed to Ohio. There are many markets out there but I especially like your approach on looking at the data. It is one important part. The next as others have mentioned is visiting and getting aquatinted with the particular markets. In every market there are specific submarkets that the locals know and will serve you better in the long run. Good luck and if you need anything you know where to find everyone.
