Hello 

My name is Aaref and i'm real estate agent ,and investor base in houston, texas. Lately I have been doing marketing for wholesalers who can not get ride of a deal and want to find a buyer fast and quick. I could help you find end buyer using my strategies. so David after the 180 days lease option. can you still do land contract for period of 18 months and that will count towards the purchase price ?

hey guys 

I think I just blow off my first least option deal which my fees was 10k. I had an argument with the seller whether the monthly payment will count towards the purchase price. 

my question is what happened after 180 least option. does the option expire ? am I in the right that the monthly payment count towards the purchase prices
