Your link didn't disprove my statement.  I know state troopers who have told me this, I am going to try to find a link.

Includes all hard costs. Soft costs are low for me. 

I haven’t worked in Reading, but I’m making some educated guesses. 

In expensive parts of north NJ I can build for $120-140 for better quality units. 

My costs are a bit lower bc I am the GC. Also my materials costs are usually lower than average since I’m buying in bigger quantities. 

Are you using different subs each time?

Thanks Mike.  This may be a possibility.  I am also going to contact the company they are here in the US working for.  The company is a large company and they had a liason that arranged the rental.

Any other ideas would be appreciated.  Eviction is not an option because they will be leaving soon.  In the meantime, I am losing the income for a five person rental.

These guys are from India and will likely not be coming back. I don't think they care about their credit or any judgements against them.   They are being very underhanded.

For a short term air bnb (or similar) rental can someone who refuses to leave be charged with trespassing?

 Despite these racist policies, Asian and Indian Asians earn more than any ethnic group in the US.  I think this speaks to their cultural desire and ability to improve their lives.

Asians are required to have higher scores to get into universities, and this is why Harvard is being sued.  Some people, based on their race and gender are required to perform better on tests when applying for jobs as firefighters and police officers.   These are racist laws and policies.

State police candidates are required to have different written exam scores based on their race and gender.  I'm guessing you are suggesting this is a policy and not a law?  In that case we can say they are racist policies supported by the government

What rights to owners of short term rentals through (air bnb, home away, etc) have if people refuse to leave their property?

Can they call the police like hotels do?
