Absolutely! I’ve actually got a couple deals on the books right now in Tulsa. Ones a rehab flip. Looking fantastic! How’s things going for you?

I actually have been. But I have my feet on the ground in Tulsa. I actually wholesaled a house in Norman last weekend and never even left my house. Gotta love the REI world!

I was a paying member of the Bigger Pockets community awhile back, but I never really took advantage of the marketplace. Does everybody have pretty good luck posting their wholesale deals in the market place. I have a few deals on the books in Tulsa and I am debating on posting them on marketplace here on Bigger Pockets. How’s everyone doing with that?

@Charles Deal

Have you been able to build up a decent portfolio over the last couple of years?

I’d be interested in knowing this Facebook group as well if it’s not something I may already be a part of.

The answer to that question is Bc it’s working right now. And we’re happy with it. Feels automated since I’m not actually the one doing the cold calling.

@Ronald Starusnak

I would imagine that Section 8 isn’t a direction you want to go with your new property. Have you thought about doing section 8 just for the lady and letting her stay there? Surely you could get more than $300. And it would be a win win.

@Camerron Cheatham

“The Abc’s to Real Estate Investing”

By Ken McElroy

It’s a Rich Dad forwarded book. (Robert Kiyosaki). I absolutely love this book. It’s very educating and makes everything so simplistic. Good luck with the rental property!

As mentioned in a previous thread, I am beginning to start wholesaling after around a 4 year break in the Tulsa area. I am wondering what programs and software everyone is using for their email blasts. I used a go daddy email blast app that I was unhappy with and frankly thought it was overpriced for all of the bugs that was in it the past. Please let me know what you use?
