I have things such as interior and exterior painting, bathroom remodel (bathtub, sink, tile, toilet replacement) minimal kitchen repair/remodel, possible roofing issues, floor replacement, carpet installation, wall patching, ceiling finish, landscaping, and a possible wall demo.

My partner and I are In the process of filing our LLC. We plan on flipping our first home soon and a few down the road to eventually keeping a few as rentals. My question is what is the best way to set up out LLC, and should we be taxed as an S-Corp?
How should we take the Title of a property as an LLC?

I'm in the middle of determining my ARV for my first possible fix-n-flip. How do I calculate the home's current value, are there other ways of doing it without an appraiser?
I’m trying to learn as much as I can and be as hands on as possible to understand everything more clearly.
