Greetings, I want to know if there are any suggested tax minimization strategies when investing in places like Fundrise or Prosper. From my understanding, your returns are taxed at ordinary income rates which is not ideal. Has anyone found a way to avoid this? Thanks in advance.

Quick Question,

If a bunch of homeowners did FSBO listings of their properties in a particular area higher than the previous Fair Market Value, could that change the Fair Market Value?

Also, any recommendations on BPO training? Someone asked me to do one.

Does anyone have any resources for building container homes in Gary, Indiana?

I have a 3 family lot, currently with a dilapidated structure on it. I'd like to knock it down and put 3 container home units on it. 3 bed / 1 bath each.

Does anyone have any resources or pricing from demo to construction?

Thank You in Advance.

For example, how Amazon and online retails effect on warehousing space pricing and availability is currently and likely to disrupt traditional retail space moving into the next recession.

What services or reports do you guys subscribe to for regular economic and real estate data?

Locally in NJ, Otteau has the best data presentations. Is there anyone out there you suggest for macro level slideshows and presentations annual or monthly for general economic trends that investors can use?

Thanks in Advance
