Hey BP community! I have a potential investment opportunity in Fayetteville, NC that might interest you. This 3 bed/2 bath home has great potential with minimal rehab needed:

  • Fuel Tank Decommissioning: $1,000-$2,500
  • Carpet Replacement: Minor
  • Kitchen Counter Repairs: Minor

The estimated rehab cost is around $15,000 or less. With an ARV of $250,000, this property promises a significant return on investment.

Okay so i was able to locate a single family home. According to the listing agent the seller is highly motivated in selling but has  tenant inside til 5/31/2024. Light rehab (carpet and paint) (maybe until i can actually look at it).

Seller doesn’t want to kick them out and doesn’t mind closing in 14 days or 30 days

Listed at $160k on Zillow
