What's the status of this? Is there a public hearing? I see some vague dates but that's it.

Shoot, out of town again!

See ya in 2020, Merry Christmas!

@Art Perkitny, wow that map makes Arlington Rd look gooooood! The problem is that the real value changes block to block, not by zip code. Your map only hits red in war zones not enough resolution.

@Matthew McCaman

The information you are looking for is user specific. What you and I consider to be good neighborhoods others may not. Akron property values and ratings very block to block within every respective ZIP Code. You need to have “feet on the street” to assess neighborhoods by your own criteria.

I’ve been fortunate enough to come across confidential assessments completed by large banking institutions. The only thing it showed me was that my personal assessment at the block level, closely aligned with theirs, despite looking for different products. No single ZIP Code received a favorable rating for the entire area.

@Tom Ott, have you seen an increase in SFR sale prices too, or just in rental rates?

@Jimmy M. If this guy is “following her home”, what’s going to change in a new place? Call cops, file report, get restraining order.

@Cody Godfrey unfortunately being annoying isn't something evictable. I'd focus on not getting your place wrecked as payback for an eviction. 5mo goes by quickly.

@Cody Godfrey,... @John Teachout nailed it. No reason needs to be provided.

Especially since this is done formally, in writing. If you're approached in person and you absolutely have to say something, keep it breif. You're "going in another direction."
