Thank you all for the information.

I understand the fair housing law and I basically wanted to know if there would be any issues after the application approval moving forward.

I titled this discussion very wrong but again thank you for the information.

I have a possible tenant who meets all the requirements but they have mentioned they have MS and that they have had trouble renting due to this. Are there any issues I could run into by renting to this person?

Hello, my name is Noah Willard and I heard of this place through my CPA.   I'm currently investing in residential real estate and looking to do more. Slowly but surely that is. My investing is limited to part time as I still have to work an 8-5 jobs since the income from my rental properties is not enough to support my family and the debt against them at this time.  I'm looking to learn as much info as I can about real estate.
