Hello all,

I am a relatively new homeowner renting my condo out for the first time. I placed my ad on Craigslist and have listed with brokers. The problem is I have no bites from potential tenants.

My building has about 30 rental units (the rest are owner occupied) and they are always at capacity. There is rarely an available unit. I talked with the sponsor and she informed me of the resources she uses....which I used (brokers, CL, nytimes).

My building is new (5years) and the unit is virtually untouched. Amenities are that of a hotel. The neighborhood is definitely desireable to some given its proximity to Manhattan.

So why isn't my unit renting. I am pricing it the same as the others in the building.

I also am considering corporate housing but I'm not sure how? can anyone help me?
