To all Wichita KS investors,

Does anyone know a good law firm for eviction process?

I also need help with updating my lease agreement.

I'm not sure what law firm is knowledgeable and trust worthy.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello Kristen, I finally found someone I know on here. How do I request you to connect? I'm new at this too; bigger pockets and real estates.

Thanks for the advice Ryan. I just got my license and I'm joining a real estates team. My plan is to learn as much as I can from them. I'm setting up appointments with couple loan officers to ask questions and learn more about loan options. I also in a fission with a guy at work who does remodeling homes on a side. I grab every opportunity that I can learn and get the information. But there is so much, I'm not sure where to start. Is What I'm doing is right? I have no knowledge in flipping or rentals. Most concern is how will contracts being done for rentals. Will I go to prison if I don't know what I'm doing? Should I seek a lawyer prior doing anything (contract)?

To all real estates investors, At the age of 31 with 3 kids (11, 7 & 5) I lost my husband. Start a single mom life. I was lost and confused. After a year floating by, I start finding ways to improve mine and my kids life especially financially. I read so much on self development and growth, then I run into real estates. But didn't have the courage to do it. So I put all the time and effort in educating myself in my current job. I got promoted with 37% raised, but still not enough. I want more for my kids. Once again, real estate comes to mind. This time I didn't want my "fear" to take over my decision so I registered for a real estates license class. My goal is not to be an agent but to be an real estate investors. I start reading and listen to broadcast. But I'm still lost and have very little knowledge of what or where to start. Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated. It's a blessing for me to make it this far. I'm reaching out to good helping hands for guidance and direction for my family better future financial.
